JA: Congratulations on your beautiful new 2011 535XI! This is your 2
nd BMW with us. Correct?
BE: Yes. I had a 330XI last time. I knew I wanted a BMW as a young adult. I told everyone I will buy one some day. It was and still is my dream car.
I see this is your second vehicle from us. Do you service your vehicle here as well?
BE: Yes. In fact one of the main reasons I am back here is because of your service department. Tom Cueman was very supportive through a hard time in my life. I feel as if I am not just a name or a number. I am treated as a friend more so than a client. My first salesperson Joe Liu treated me with kindness as
When you decided to trade in your 3 series what research did you do for your next purchase?
BE: It was different than my first purchase. I learned Joe Liu retired so I did some online research first. Than my new sales person, Victor Rodrigues helped me build my vehicle with the options and colors I wanted.
Wonderful! We are very order friendly. I am glad you had the opportunity to customize your 5 series. Did you use the BMWUSA website to track the production of your vehicle?
BE: Yes. It was so exciting. Victor showed me how to track it. I knew exactly when it was going to arrive.
When purchasing any automotive products, what is most important to you?
BD: The reputation of the dealership is on top of my list. Before purchasing my first BMW with your dealership I had a bad experience with an Auto Auction. The vehicle turned out to be stolen and I had to wait 6 months to get my $10,000 deposit back. Reputation and full disclosure pricing are very important to me.
Speaking of pricing how was your experience with our Finance Department?
Your Finance manager, Jim Palumbo took the time to explain the terms and pricing to me. I felt he was upfront and honest. In fact, through the entire transaction I felt everyone was very courteous and honest.
Absolutely. My salesperson Victor Rodrigues was very pleasant. The sales manager Michael Smeraglia gave me haggle free pricing and handled my request with urgency. The Finance Department and Service Department treated me with respect and honesty as mentioned previously. I am completely satisfied.
