Greg Holway, General Manager

Greg Holway joined the BMW of Bloomfield team after serving a four-year term in the U.S. Air Force and pursuing a degree in law enforcement.

He was born in Augusta, Maine, and grew up in Montville, New Jersey. He is a graduate of Montville Township High School and the Community College of the Air Force. Greg began working in the automotive industry as a salesperson for Mitsubishi. During his tenure with the DCH Auto Group, he has served as the General Manager of several Saturn locations as well as the Used Car Operations Manager for DCH Auto Group locations nationwide.

Greg contributes to the Boys and Girls Clubs and the Bloomfield Department of Recreation. His commitment to youth groups has been a perfect fit for the DCH Auto Groups partnership with Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD). This partnership has allowed Greg to become an advocate for safe teen driving.

Greg’s favorite BMW model is the 135 Convertible because he believes it is the perfect blend of BMW history and performance. If possible, he would drive one up to Maine to spend the day at his father’s fishing camp. Greg is also a huge fan of the Florida Gators and enjoys home improvement projects.

He has been married for 26 years and has two children. Currently, his family resides in Jackson, New Jersey.

Craig Hacker, Fixed Operations Director

Craig Hacker came to BMW of Bloomfield after beginning his career in the automotive industry as a technician trainee and working his way up over the past 18 years.

He was born in Port Jefferson, New York, and grew up in New Hyde Park, New York. Craig graduated from Herrick’s High School and Broward County College, where he majored in business management. Craig had a keen interest in fixing cars dating back to his childhood.

Craig holds several ASE certifications including Master Automotive Technician, Service Consultant and Parts Consultant. He currently manages more than 50 personnel and consistently displays a superior level of dedication to customer service.

Craig is married and has three children. His family currently resides in Wayne, New Jersey. He enjoys going to the beach and rooting for the New York Giants. Craig aspires to take a vacation out of the country and says he would love to drive the Autobahn.

Michael Smeraglia, General Sales Manager

Born the son of Italian immigrants, Michael Smeraglia grew up in Elizabeth, NJ. It was there he developed a strong work ethic while assisting in managing the family paving and landscaping business.

Michael later moved to Monroe Twp. where he met and married his high school sweetheart. It was then that Michael began his automotive career with the DCH auto group. Michael spent ten years at Brunswick Toyota, which provided him the opportunity to excel in the automotive industry.

He then went on to graduate from advisor, to manager, to his current position as General Sales Manager of DCH BMW of Bloomfield.

He continues to take satisfaction in having the opportunity to enjoy his family of six as well as his belief that he can have a positive impact on the way cars are sold and continue to strive toward creating a purchase experience that transcends the customer’s expectations.

Wayne Trieu, Sales Manager

Wayne Trieu has spent much of his automotive career growing as part of the DCH Auto Group. Wayne’s energy and dedication has endeared him over the years to his many clients as well as the entire sales team. His extensive new and used car experience has enabled him to grow to his current position as Sales Manager.

Wayne is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching and participating in sports ranging from baseball, basketball, as well as soccer. It’s that team mentality that provides him the most joy within his current position.
