BMW Roadside Assistance offers support and expert advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You're protected in all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico – and you're even covered if someone else is driving your BMW.

What services does BMW Roadside Assistance offer?

BMW Roadside Assistance includes, but is not limited to, the following helpful services:

  • Battery jump starts
  • Delivery of fuel or operating fluids
  • Tire changes
  • Lock-out services

If your vehicle is disabled due to mechanical issues, hazard damage, or accident, BMW Roadside Assistance will provide towing service to the nearest authorized BMW Center.

Trained BMW Roadside Agents are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through these convenient contact options.

  • Select BMW Roadside Assistance from the BMW Assist menu of ConnectedDrive, or with the BMW Connected app.

Is my vehicle covered by BMW Roadside Assistance?

BMW Roadside Assistance is available for four years from the original in-service date of your new BMW, or up to six years for Certified Pre-Owned BMWs. There are no mileage limitations and no separate costs to you.

Trip interruption assistance.

BMW Roadside Assistance isn't just for vehicles – it's for drivers, too. When unexpected situations arise far from home, we can help arrange rides, secure alternate transportation, help with hotel accommodations – or even reimburse you up to $1,000 per incident.

Expert advice in emergencies.

The Master Technician Team (MTT) works in conjunction with BMW Roadside Assistance to provide ultimate peace of mind in emergencies. Using telematics technology to read vehicle data and warning messages, the MTT can provide skilled advice over the phone or recommend a visit to the nearest BMW Center.
