I just really like Bloomfield BMW. I bought my first CPO BMW there back in 2016 and not only was the sales experience comfortable, but no pressure. My contact there was Ron Humphreys and was a great help. Service is great as far as I’m concerned. I’ve worked with Aaron the Service Manager and Gina, my service writer. They always do a great job and also get me a loaner whenever I need it. I’m now on my second CPO from them in a 530XI. What a wonderful car. Really well made. I give Bloomfield BMW ********** (10) stars.

Great service professionals. Today I needed immediate assistance and I pulled into the dealership. I advised the technician of the issue and he didn't hesitate to help. The technician's name is Henry. It is rare that people are so accommodating. He is a great representative for the BMW brand.

Went in for oil change. Staff were friendly and help me with some features I did not know about my car. Was given option to wait or Huber to home and back. I had a video record inspection under my car pointing out what need to be repaired. I was very impressed with service. Would recommend and I will always go back.

I had a tire blow out on the NJ turnpike and called the Bloomfield dealership, which is not my regular dealer. They were able to get me a new tire and back on the road within 1.5 hours. Excellent service!

Great dealership and team. Bought my first BMW from Amy M. She was smart, straight forward and patient. She listened to my needs and budget and helped me find the car I needed. She also gave me her cell phone number in case I had any issues or questions with my new car. I've had to call her a few times the first few days, and she was more than happy to help me and walked me through the issue.

I had a new red BMW 3 series and just got it last night. This amazing sales man by the name of Mr. William (Bill) Hamilton showed me the car which I really like and told me that he has one during our phone conversation. I came to the dealership and met him. He has a very accommodating ,approachable and calm manner which I was impressed. He helped me during the processing and very fast in doing the processing.
